Princess Royal River Cruise will start exploration from the UNESCO World Heritage Site – Bagan which is included in one of the world’s wonders and finish at Mandalay which is the last royal capital of Myanmar. We will sail along with the lifeblood of Myanmar – Irrawaddy River in the upstream direction and learn the culture and tradition of the Myanmar people. On the way, we will stop at the villages to see the authentic lifestyle of Myanmar people and historical spots to immerse in the past time of Myanmar. So, stick with us.

Embarkation time is 10:30 at Irrawaddy Princess Jetty, Welcome Drink and briefing. The board will sail upstream. In the late afternoon, stop in at the typical river Village. We can see the culture of Myanmar people and their living style. After a short excursion, return back on board and continuous upstream and Moor overnight on board.

In the early morning, continuous upstream to Yandabo Village about 9:00am. Dependant on the base economy is famous for the production of terracotta from the riverbank clay. We see the pottery making process at various stages. Yandabo, historically recognized for the signing of the Yandabo Treaty which took place under a tree on the riverbank in 1826 between the British and Royal Burmese House-hold of Ava. After a short excursion, return back on board and continuous upstream and Moor overnight on board near Chindwin confluence.

Early morning, continue sailing upstream and arrive at Mandalay. Disembark at about 09:00 am.
