The well known short trip to see the unfinished pagoda, the Mingun Bell, weighing 90 tonnes and the biggest hanging undamaged bell in the world. We will start exploring from the last royal capital of Myanmar – Mandalay and finish at UNESCO World Heritage Site – Bagan. Not only we will explore the world’s wonders, but we will also learn the culture, traditions and authentic lifestyle of Myanmar people.

Embarkation time is 10:00 at Shwe Kyat Yet Jetty (Mandalay), Welcome Drink and briefing. Sail upstream for two and a half hour and we will arrive at the MINGUN Pagoda Complex. A short trip to see the unfinished pagoda, the Mingun Bell (weighting 90 tones), the biggest hanging undamaged bell in the world, and the “Home For The Aged”. Back to the board and sail continues downstream to Sagaing. Visit Sagaing (the most important Buddhist Religion site) for about two & a half hours excursion. Enjoy the sunset over Sagaing Hill. Moor overnight at a sandbank mid-stream. After dinner guests can enjoy a Traditional Dance on the sundeck (if available). Lunch and Dinner on board.

In the morning, cruising downstream to Yandabo Village. Sightseeing Yandabo Village, dependant on the base economy is famous for the production of terracotta from the riverbank clay. Yandabo, historically recognized for the signing of the Yandabo Treaty which took place under a tree on the riverbank in 1826 between the British and Burma. Shore excursion time is 1 hour. Back to board and cast off. Continue sailing downstream and moor overnight at near Chindwin confluence.

Cast off early morning, continue sailing downstream and approximately arrive to Bagan about 09:00 am. Disembark from board.
