Min was born in Waw (Myanmar’s Bago Division) but grew up in Yangon. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry and a Diploma in Tourism Studies and Management.

Min started his profession in tourism as a bellboy at a hotel; then he was a receptionist. He also worked as an operator at a travel agency, and he later was a freelance tourist guide and tour operator.

He enjoyed it, and so he established Pro Niti Travel. Min has traveled all around Myanmar as well as to neighboring countries including Thailand and Malaysia, Laos and Europe including the Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, France, Switzerland, and Belgium.

Min is keen to explore Canada, the USA, New Zealand, and the rest of the world. Min is in the tourism business, which is the business of happiness, and he would like to make memories for travelers and impact on communities by tourism.

Min has been mentioned as Myanmar’s young tourism entrepreneur on BBC on 2014 after one year of established the company. He also has cited as the Rising star of ASEAN on TTG Asia in June 2017.

Since his passion for creating memories for travelers and commitment for innovative products and excellent services and making an impact for communities, he is leading his passionate and professionals team toward the Pro Niti’s vision to come true.

Shun was born and grew up in Yangon. She got the BA German from Yangon University of Foreign Languages and Diploma of International Relations (DIR) from Yangon University. She is fluently not only the English but also the German Language.

She became the tour operation assistance of Domestic Travel after the University. Then, she changed to Inbound Travel Sector after learning about one and a half year of Domestic Travel. She became the inbound tour operator who was learning, creating innovative products, understanding the Customer services. She worked for about seven years in the Tourism Industry.

And she joined Pro Niti Travel as Business Development Executive, and finally, she got the promotion, and she became “ Sales and Customer Service Manager” of Pro Niti Travel. She is very interested in learning the Literature of every country. She has traveled all around Myanmar and also China (Yunnan Province), Chaing Rai, Doha, Germany, and the Netherlands.

She is the record-breaker award winner and Top Performer Award for two consecutive years. Her motto is “Raise Your Standard.”

Janusz is part of Pro Niti Travel Team. He got a B.A specialized in German from YUFL (Yangon University of Foreign Languages). Since he learned the English language as a translation to/from English and German, he can speak in English as well.

He came out of his time by working in various positions in the tourist industry as soon as he finished university. So his three years experiences carried his career prospects to be improved. He loves meeting new people, learning new things, and traveling with endless enthusiasm for discovering new places.

One of his favorite things is connecting with people who have a passion for working and so join Pro Niti Travel. Now he is working as a travel consultant with a better understanding of destination and connection between the places.

He is always focusing on putting his passions and skills to good use by providing the needs of the team and supporting the team more prominent and more significant.

She was born and grew up in Yangon. She was graduated from GTC-Thanlyin by specializing with Information Technology Major. After the University, she attended the class concern with the IT subject.

After that, she started work in Programming company and air ticketing company. And then, she joined to Pro Niti Travel & Tour as a reservation(Hotel Booking & Air-ticketing).

Because she interested in traveling and arranging the tour, so she joined Pro Niti Travel. After one year and three months, she has changed the position to Operation department as a junior operation executive. Now, she is working at the Operation Department from Pro Niti Travel to create lifetime memories for travelers.

Shwe Yi (Amelyne) was born in Bogalay (Ayeyarwaddy Division) and grew up there. She got BA French from Yangon University of Foreign Languages and Diploma in International Relations from Yangon University. She can speak the fluently French language. She also got a Diploma in English from SEAMEO (The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization). So, she can speak English as well. She started working as a French market tour operator for about 3 years with the strong enthusiasm and interest in exploring the exciting destinations of Myanmar in the Tourism industry after the university.

She tried to get the tourist guide license with the French Language. She traveled all around Myanmar including the famous tourist attraction sites as a French-speaking guide. She really enjoys traveling and she loves to share history, culture and local way of life of her native country. She is also passionate to introduce unique and amazing country Myanmar to international guests. So, she joined Pro Niti as a travel consultant and she is always trying to give the best assistance to the guests who would like to explore in Myanmar for creating treasured memories.

She was born and grew up in Yangon. She graduated from the University of East Yangon with a B.A. (Myanmar). She started in tourism as a Travel Consultant after University. As a Travel Consultant, she dealt with individual direct clients and also B2B clients from different markets.

She has strong focus and efficiency. Other skills include having good communication and always shared tips and ideas to help others manage quality departments, too. Her passion is to create the best proposal for travelers around Myanmar. Now I joined Pro Niti Travel as a Senior Travel Consultant to create lifetime treasured memories for travelers.

Mierra was born and grew up in Yangon. She got 1st Batch of BA (Tourism) from National Management Degree College. She stepped into the tourism industry soon after she had finished university. During her university student life, she also had an internship at both tour companies and hotels for six months.

So she understands not only about the travel agency sector but also the hospitality. After the internship program, she decided to become a tour operator. Now, she walks her life as a travel consultant at Pro Niti with two-year experience, and she is trying more to be a profession in her career life.

Her hobby is traveling and exploring new destinations. Since she loves traveling, she is always happy and enthusiastic to advise and create the best tours to our guests who love going to Myanmar. She aims to travel all around the world, and she keeps trying to become one of the professional travel consultants in the tourism field.

Kelly is from Yangon and has deferred her studies since she left high school. She has been to Thailand and major cities of Myanmar. She hopes to see more of Myanmar, as well as to travel to Singapore, Japan, and Korea. Currently, Kelly is responsible for office administration supplies and handling day to day financing matters.

She was born and grew up Kyankhin, Ayeyarwaddy Division. She was graduated from the Yangon University of Economic by specializing in Banking and Finance. After the University she attends Certificates Public Accountant.

After that, she started work as a Junior Accountant at Trading Company. And then, she joined Pro Niti Travel as an Accountant. Now she is working in the Finance Department from Pro Niti Travel.

Harmony is one of the travel consultants of Pro Niti Team. She graduated from the Yangon University of Foreign Languages in 2019 and earned a Bachelor Degree in English. As soon as she finished university, she joined Pro Niti Travel. Being young, energetic and ambitious, she spends most of her time learning new things and traveling the world. Even before she finished the university, she has achieved several milestones including getting a Certificate in Business Management, being one of the two founders of the first music club in her university and a sole leader of YUFL Guitar Club, participating in several volunteering programs, organizing the events in her university, working as a study guide and a freelance photographer.

Not only that, she has a great passion in being able to communicate in Spanish and she is now studying Spanish eagerly as she believes that learning different languages helps people get a better understanding and appreciation of other cultures. With a big dream to travel around the world and being a hardcore fan of traveling, she decided to work in tourism field to show the world how beautiful Myanmar is and to help the travelers to Myanmar create a perfectly memorable trip by giving the service at her best.

Coral was born and raised in Yangon. Coral’s career in the tourism industry began in the end of 2018 when she graduated with a bachelor’s in Tourism Management from NMDC. But she had already tasted tourism as being an intern at top hotels in Yangon during her university student life. Shortly after university, Coral permanently taking on an office position at Pro Niti Travel as Customer Happiness Executive. Passionate about travel, service, and sustainability.

Her eye for detail, excellent customer service, and a positive attitude make her the ideal fit for the role. Moreover, with her splendid enthusiasm and her ability to make things happen, now she is also managing all CSR activities for Pro Niti Travel, she is now the sustainability coordinator for Pro Niti Travel and leads sustainability and responsible activities forward.

Alexis has been natively raised and grown up in Yangon though she was born in Naypyitaw. As a graduate with a Bachelor in Tourism Management from National Management Degree College, she is earnestly interested in the field of travel and tourism.

Along with another interest in English, she is currently in her third year of English specialization at the Dagon University of Distance Education for further study. She has had 13-month-practically efficient experiences in the hospitality industry during her internship periods in respective departments at two hotels and a tour company, plus working at a beach resort as a receptionist as well as an airport representative.

Being eager in learning different languages and culture of various countries, she has learnt basic Japanese and a few Italian, and is enthusiastically hoping to step into several countries, including her homeland, along with Japan, Australia, Italy, Greece and Spain as priorities.

The fact that being led by young entrepreneurs made her interestingly join the Pro Niti Travel, which she currently enjoys working in an authentic, motivating, and friendly environment.
