Deposit & Final Payment

A deposit which is equal to 40 % of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking for group tours, tailor-made tours, and hotel reservation. The full or final payment is required when receiving the Confirmation Service Voucher from our office in Yangon.

Receipt of your deposit or final payment will indicate that you and your travel agent (when applicable) have read these Terms and Conditions and that you (and your agent) have accepted them.

The Terms and Conditions below form the basis of the contractual relationship between Pro Niti Travel and Tours Co Ltd. and its clients. It is essential that our clients understand and accept these Terms and Conditions as well as their quotations, itineraries, and other relevant communication from our travel advisors.

Methods of Payment (Deposit)

Option 1: Credit/Debit Card (Visa and Master card payment)

Once your booking is confirmed, our sales department will send 40 % deposit invoice and a link where you can pay with your Visa/Master card. Guest have to add 5% for bank fees on total invoice amount. E.g., if invoice amount is 100 USD, total deposit payment will be 105 USD.

Option 2: Bank Wire Transfer

We will provide our Bank Account details, and you can make TT transfer to the following account:

Option 3: Western Union Money Transfer

You can transfer money via Western Union Money Transfer at details. Upon transferring the money, you will need to provide your transfer detail including digit for Money Transfer Security.

If you are transferring funds, customers have to responsible transaction fees. We will count the amount we received only after transaction fee for any case.

How to Pay Balance

Option 01

The customer can pay cash on arrival. Customers are requested to bring good conditioned notes.

Option 02

The customer can pay with Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa Card only). There will be an extra 4% card charges. Example, if your balance is USD100, we have to collect USD104.

Full settlement should be received no later than 14 working days prior to passenger’s arrival.

Our bank handles our payment collection, and all of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international security standard by our bank. Your card information will not be stored in our system.

All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to us via fax or e-mail. The following rules apply for cancellations:

* 45- 30 days prior to departure date, the total deposit paid to us (40% of tour value) will act as your cancellation fee to cover hotel charges and organization fees.

* 29 ~ 15 days prior to departure: 60% of total amount of the tour cost charged, due to hotel charges for no-shows and organizing fees.

*Within 14 ~ 7 days prior to departure: 80% of total charge.

*Within 7 days and No-Show: 100% of total charge.

Travel Documentation

All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. Pro Niti Travels and Tours Co Ltd. accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.

Health Requirements

Clients should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited.

Luggage Allowance in domestic airlines of Myanmar.
In accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of Myanmar, the free baggage allowance within Myanmar is 20kg for the economy class, 30kg for the business class, and 40kg for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client.

Note the above language allowance not applied with budget Airlines.

The insurance we highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin.

Complaints and Claims
Should you feel unsatisfied with any service Pro Niti Travel and Tours Co Ltd has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip. Liability & Responsibility
Pro Niti Travels and Tours Co Ltd provide tour information and Myanmar tour bookings. Pro Niti Travel and Tours Co Ltd publish travel information and services gathered from the selected quality hotels, air ticket agencies, and tour companies & operators. Pro Niti Travel and Tours Co Ltd will not be responsible for errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the information provided by third-party providers.

Pro Niti Travel and Tours Co Ltd shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by those suppliers or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Pro Niti Travel and Tours Co Ltd.

Pro Niti Travel and Tours Co Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Pro Niti Travel and Tours Co Ltd.’s control. Neither Pro Niti Travel and Tours Co Ltd nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.

Pro Niti Travel and Tours Co Ltd are not responsible for a client’s failure to comply with customs regulations.

Pro Niti Travel and Tours Co Ltd are not responsible for the theft or loss of any customer’s valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer.

Pro Niti Travel and Tours Co Ltd reserve the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, cars, and guides depends on the situation.

Many of Pro Niti Travel and Tours Co Ltd tour packages include activities which require care and attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, climbing hills and entering and exiting tombs and caves, etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives, but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Pro Niti Travel and Tours Co Ltd, its employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after its said employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.

Pro Niti Travel and Tours Co Ltd reserve the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.

Modification or Discontinuance of Service
Pro Niti Travel and Tours Co Ltd reserve the right to modify or discontinue service to clients who behave illegally or objectionable toward its employees and agents. Offensive behavior includes behavior which is obscene, racially offensive or of a sexual nature.
