Itinerary
Cambodia is home to a wide cluster of natural life. It is also a birthplace for great empires. Exploring the world’s wonderful ancient architecture on the plain of Angkor is worth to try while traveling in Cambodia. Escaping from the bustling city and enjoying the spectacular view in peaceful Kep beach will also be a beautiful part of creating nice memories. Day 1 : Arrival in Siem Reap
Upon arrival, our friendly driver will greet you at the airport and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Overnight at the hotel in Siem Reap.
Day 2 : Exploration Siem Reap and ancient Angkor land

After breakfast at the hotel, our guide will pick you up to explore “Angkor Wat”, which is the 7th Wonders’ of the World and the world’s largest temple with an excellent masterpiece of carvings, sculptures, and perfect structure. It is also one of the largest religious monuments in the world. In the afternoon, we will explore Angkor Thom City Complex which includes: Bayon Temple (giant Buddhist face temple) is the second main temple of Cambodia after Angkor Wat. Bayon has become one of the most recognizable images connected to classic Khmer art and architecture. Next, we will explore Ta Prom Temple, another fabulous temple covered by dense tropical forest. Its state of ruin is a state of beauty, which is investigated with delight and left with regret. Ta Prohm is also a place where the famous Hollywood movie Tomb Raider Movie starring Angelina Jolie was filmed. The last one enjoys watching a nice sunset (base on nice weather) at Pre Rub Temple. Then, we will return to the hotel.
Day 3 : Kompong Khleang Community (Tonle Sap Lake) – Phare Performance

After breakfast, our guide will pick you up and we will explore Kompong Khleang which is the largest floating community of Tonle Sap Great Lake and approximately 50km from Siem Reap town. Visitors to Kampong Khleang during the dry season are universally awestruck by the forest of stilted houses rising to 10 meters in the air. In the wet season, the water rises to one or two meters of the buildings. Embark on a wooden boat to ride to see the unique way of authentic Cambodian floating village looks like. (Note: During dry season boats cannot get all the way to the main villages because the water level may be too low for a visit by boat; however, the village can be visited by car). In the evening, our guide will pick up to watch Phare Performance by Cambodian young artists. Phare is one of Cambodia’s most innovative social enterprise models. Phare is more than just a circus, Phare performers use theater, music, dance, and modern circus arts to tell uniquely Cambodian stories; historical, folk, and modern. The young circus artists will astonish you with their energy, emotion, enthusiasm, and talent. Your Phare ticket will leave a positive impact on the communities and support local acrobats and young & talented artists. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 : Fly from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh

After breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer to the airport for a domestic flight to Phnom Penh, the city retains its traditional Khmer and colonial styles with French villas and large tree-line sidewalk. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for check-in. Free and leisure at the hotel and you can stroll the streets with the lively nature of Phnom Penh imaging French colonial architecture. Overnight at the hotel in Phnom Penh.
Day 5 : Exploration in Phnom Penh City

Today, we will enjoy the full-day excursion in Phnom Penh. Firstly, we will explore Royal Palace which was built by King Narodom in 1866 on the site of the old town and we will visit the Silver Pagoda, which is the most sacred temple in the country. Afterward, we will explore Central Market which is a large market supervised by a French architect. In the afternoon, we will explore Killing Field which is the site of a former orchard and mass grave of victims of the Khmer Rouge – killed between 1975 and 1979 – about 17Km south of Phnom Penh. It is the best-known of the sites known as The Killing Fields, where the Khmer Rouge regime executed over one million people between 1975 and 1979. And then, we will continue excursion to Toul Sleng Genocide Museum which is a former high school which was used as the notorious Security Prison 21 (S-21) by the Khmer Rouge regime from its rise to power in 1975 to its fall in 1979. Toul Sleng means “Hill of the Poisonous Trees”. Then, we will return back to the hotel.
Day 6 : Drive from Phnom Penh to Kep Beach

After early breakfast, our guide will meet you at the hotel and drive to Kep province (approx. 3h-4h drive). Kep is the smallest province and one among four coastal provinces of Cambodia. Upon arrival, we will explore the local famous Kep Crab Market. Free and leisure at Kep and overnight at the hotel.
Day 7 : Free and leisure in Kep Beach

Free and leisure at the beach. Evening enjoy the amazing sunset and feel the cool breeze for refreshment. Overnight at the hotel in Kep Beach.
Day 8 : Drive to Kompot and Return to Phnom Penh

After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out from the hotel and we will depart to Kampot Province (approx. 30mn-1h drive). Kampot is also one among four coastal provinces of Cambodia and its agriculture is well-known in the region especially black pepper, durian, and sea salt. We will explore the Sea salt field where salt is produced from seawater then let it evaporate naturally into salt crystals under the hot sun. It is an interesting experience to witness salt is naturally produced with the Cambodia countryside view. After that, we will explore Pepper farm to get to know why Kampot pepper is well-known. We will drive back to Phnom Penh and stay overnight.
Day 9 : Departure Phnom Penh

After breakfast, we will transfer you to the airport for your international departure flight.
